2. University of Washington, Seattle Colleges and Schools

The following colleges and schools, originally authorized by distinct action of the Board of Regents in the year designated, have been established within the University of Washington, Seattle:

  • College of Arts and Sciences (1861)
  • College of Education (1878)
  • School of Pharmacy (1894)
  • College of Engineering (1898)
  • School of Law (1899)
  • Graduate School (1909)
  • Michael G. Foster School of Business (1917)
  • School of Medicine (1945)
  • School of Dentistry (1945)
  • School of Nursing (1945)
  • College of Built Environments (1957)
  • School of Social Work (1958)
  • Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance (1968)
  • School of Public Health (1970)

3. University of Washington, Tacoma Schools

The following schools, originally authorized by distinct action of the Board of Regents in the year designated, have been established within the University of Washington, Tacoma:

  • Milgard School of Business (2004)
  • School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences (2014)
  • School of Education (2016)
  • School of Engineering and Technology (2016)
  • School of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership (2019)
  • School of Social Work and Criminal Justice (2019)

4. University of Washington, Bothell Schools

The following schools, originally authorized by distinct action of the Board of Regents in the year designated, have been established within the University of Washington, Bothell:

  • School of Business (2013)
  • School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences (2013)
  • School of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (2013)
  • School of Educational Studies (2014)
  • School of Nursing and Health Studies (2014)
