- The Student Housing Affairs Office of the ASUW maintains a rental listing service which can be of assistance to staff members who are in need of housing. The listings must be consulted in person by the staff member or his or her representative.
- During the summer months, a majority of residence hall spaces are used to house delegates of conferences sponsored by University departments. Food service is also provided for conferences. Further information may be obtained from the Conference Office, McCarty Hall.
- Assignments to University residence halls and other housing facilities provided for students are made without regard to non-relevant factors of race, religion, color, or national origin. The University will lease from or offer its listings to only those privately owned accommodations that are operated in this manner.
